Resilience: Maintain A Healthy Lifestyle

Blog 19: Resilience: Maintain a Healthy Lifestyle

Physical health directly affects mental resilience, giving you more energy to cope with stress. Therefore it’s important to exercise regularly, eat a balanced diet, and ensure you are sleeping enough. Most people need 8 hours of sleep a night to stay healthy.
